    Red Arch Solutions is a proven and effective small business integrator and consultant, recognized as a leading provider of IT development to the Federal Government, and primarily focused within the Intelligence Community.

     

    Red Arch is seeking a Test Engineer to support the Defense Intelligence Agency.

     

    The scope of this contract relates to the Agile development and testing of an Integrated Mission Management (IMM) Framework.  The effort will require security and functional testing in the unclassified and classified DevOps environments to include test planning, automated test development, and documentation.

     

    Responsibilities/Job Function:

    • Analyzes system requirements and concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures, prepare for and conduct the data collection and analysis, and report status and results
    • Supports the Agile SCRUM teams in test planning and automated test development of APIs and the system.
    • Supports the development of Government test and evaluation documentation e.g., Test & Evaluation (T&E) Strategy, Test & Evaluation Master Plan, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and T&E Reports. Works with other test organizations to support T&E program integration
    • Provides specialized T&E capabilities tailored to system functions, level, maturity, and performance areas
    • Review T&E-related system engineering information to leverage functional analysis, system descriptions, parameter selection and dependencies, Modeling and Simulation, and initial performance risk assessments to inform evaluation planning
    • Produce Evaluation Plans (metric framework, scenarios/threads, timelines, requirements/T&E cross-walk), Analysis Plans, Data Requirements, Risk Assessments, Evaluation Reports, Status reports; provide input to Government T&E products (e.g., Technology Readiness Assessments, Test & Evaluation Strategy, Test & Evaluation Master Plan, T&E Plans & Procedures and Test Readiness Reports)

     

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Mandatory Security Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI w/ CI Poly
    • Experience supporting Government application testing
    • A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institute in an area applicable to this position (e.g. information systems, computer science, math, or engineering) and six (6) years of relevant technical experience
      • An additional four (4) years of relevant technical experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s Degree
    • Must presently be 8570 compliant (IAT Level 2 preferred); must be 8570 compliant (IAT Level 2) by date of security indoctrination with any necessary continuing education (CE) for certification 

    Desired Qualifications

    • Previously worked in a DevOps environment
    • Experience with the DevOpsSec process
