Red Arch is seeking a Web Developer to support NGA.
The scope of this contract relates to the development and maintenance of the DAIRS application for NGA. The effort will include both development and system administration of the DAIRS website. DAIRS is also being transitioned to the AWS C2S cloud.
Analyzes user’s requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system/web site requirements specifications
Demonstrated proficiency with web publishing software and protocols (FTP, HTTP)
Demonstrated experience in developing and publishing in the Amazon Web Services environment
Demonstrated experience in Personal Home Page (PHP) and JAVA programming
Demonstrated experience in Redhat Linux 6.8 and Windows 7 operating environment
Demonstrated experience in software development to migrate websites and databases to a cloud-based environment
Demonstrated experience in planning, testing and evaluating cloud-based websites and databases
A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institute in an area applicable to this position (e.g. information systems, computer science, math, or engineering) and eight (8) years of relevant technical experience
