Red Arch is seeking a Principal CNO Planning & Support Specialist to support our customer in Maryland!


  • Develop, coordinate, and integrate cyber planning, mitigation strategies, tactics, and operations
  • Leverage existing processes, analysis, and technologies to create and implement NTOC operational plans
  • Evaluate operational plans for strategic planning, countermeasure development, implementation, and measures of effectiveness
  • Respond to queries and requests for additional planning information
  • Research, coordinate, and document operational sources of data that can be used for future planning
  • Provide analytic support to derive and evaluate the effectiveness of cyber mitigation strategies, tactics, and operations
  • Lead cyber threat mitigation operational and tactical planning efforts
  • Lead countermeasure development working groups and conferences

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must possess and maintain active TS/SCI Security Clearance with Polygraph
  • At least ten (10) years of work experience in computer network operations or a related field, or a combination of a minimum of six years of work experience in computer network operations and a degree (Bachelors, Masters or PhD) in an applicable field (for example, math, science, engineering, intelligence, language).
  • Work experience shall include six years of Intelligence Community experience in computer network operations or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise with relevant CNO tools and databases used for the customer mission.
  • Shall be considered a Subject Matter Expert in conducting planning activities and preparing associated documentation.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading small, focused teams and mentoring junior task personnel.
  • Demonstrated expertise with customer specific tools and databases to support customer's mission.
  • Must meet all corresponding labor category requirements per the customer.
